What would be the best thing to use is the bath tub to remove the loose skin? I have tried loofas but it really dont seem to work.

Your own hands. Honestly, your fingertips work better than any exfoliating glove, loofa, or wash cloth. We let our kids (2 of them were Collodion and have Lamellar) soak in the bath for at least 15 minutes and then we rub the dead skin off with our fingertips. Best of luck!

I use the Mr. Pumice pumi bar from Sally Beauty supply. It works like a magic eraser on my skin and I just love it! They cost just over a dollar and since it's synthetic pumice, it's not as harsh and painful as a real pumice stone.

I use this in the citrus mandarin one, suprisingly it does not make you break out from the fragrence, it is very light and it adds a lot of oil and moisture back to your skin, it gets off all of the dead and loose skin as it absorbs into your skin, i love it and I use it everytime I shower. You should really give it a try it's not expensive at all, a thing of it usually lasts me about a month maybe a little less.
