Hi,

We use Cetaphil cleanser on Ivy at bathtimes and until now the moisturising creams and lotions have been unavailable in the UK! However I've just received an update from the website and they've been launched over here. YEAH! laugh I know lots of people use Cetaphil but I was wondering which one to try - lotion or cream? Does it matter? What results have you had? At the moment we just use Hydromol (straight emollient) and Aveeno. We're keen to try the lotions and creams because we feel the cleanser has really helped. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Emma

We use the cream - it's thicker and has more staying power. We mix it with pure aloe vera gel and glycerin. It seems to work quite well on our Casey. We then cover it with Aquaphor.
Good luck!

Casey has been tested positive for a genetic mutation in the ICHTHYIN gene (which is indicative of either LI or CIE)

We use the wash and I have a bottle of the lotion in my diaper bag that I use when we are out and I like it!

We use the cream. It works really well for my Ivy's skin.

We go through 3 jars a week of the cream on our boys. The lotion doesn't compare, nor do any of the store brand generics.
