Hi: My mother is 72 years old and she has had psoriatic arthritis for 35 years. She started on Methotrexate recently and it has been good for her. She takes 15 mg of Methotrexate once a week. Now her doctor, who is a well-experienced-and-regarded dermatologist, has started her on Neotigason concurrenty - 25 mg twice a week. I've just read a warning posted by Roche, the Neotigason manufacturer, that people taking Methotrexate should not take Neotigason. Has anybody had any experience of using both Methotrexate and Neotigason? Thanks.
