Urea helps remove dead skin. It is in many over the counter lotions in different amounts. It is in Aquaphor, in a low concentration, and in foot balm and products like it, in a 25% concentration. (I would not use the 25% concentration on a young child or baby) We have found aquaphor and Eucerin as great products to remove dead skin, and keep the unaffected skin looking great too.
